 FAQs

  • The standard turn around time for eDesign is 6-8 weeks . A fee can be paid if needing a sooner turn around time.

  • From design to installation, a Full-Service Remodel or Design project typically takes 3-6 months. This timeline allows for careful planning, custom sourcing, and coordination with contractors to ensure every detail is executed perfectly.

  • For both eDesign and Full-Service projects, we require a deposit upfront to begin. A payment plan can be arranged for larger projects, but the full amount must be paid before any deliverables or installation take place.

  • Absolutely! Whether your space is small, large, or has an unusual layout, we specialize in designing for all types of spaces and can tailor solutions to make the most of your unique space.

  • For eDesign, you can work with us no matter where you are, as everything is handled online. For Full-Service In-Person Design, we typically work within a specific local area, but we can discuss options if you’re outside of that area.

  • Before our consultation, it’s helpful to have a general idea of your design preferences, budget, and any inspirational images or ideas you’d like to incorporate. We’ll also ask for room measurements and photos of the space if applicable.

  • We do not offer refunds for consultations or design services. The consultation fee is non-refundable and is not applied to the overall design fees. Once the design process begins—such as when sourcing, mood boarding, or other design work starts—no refunds will be issued. We are committed to working with you to ensure your satisfaction throughout the process, and we’ll work together to make adjustments as needed to meet your vision.
